My lovely package exchange partner, Fall {aka OIive} got her package from me the other day. I thought I would post photos of her package, because I really enjoyed putting it together. I had three exchange partners, and I did all packages differently.
This tiny embroidery hoop was really simple to make. I used leftover ribbon remnants and a piece of linen to make it. I layed everything on the center hoop and then put the outside put on. I had to straighten out the ribbons a little, and then I frayed the edges of the linen. I think it turned out rather nice for such a simple project.
{close up of the box-in the very top photo you can see I used those rub on transfers and trimmed the lid with a scalloped white trim}
{This was probably my favorite one with the nest}
{handmade magnets adorn this kraft paper package that was handsewn shut}
{The final outcome...I had such a good time putting this together, and paying attention to detail. I am definitely going to be paying much more attention to packaging from now on. Lovely packages are the best packages.}
